No. 1 - Beeries

Berries work against skin aging, prevent cardiovascular diseases, are anti-inflammatory and act as a boost for our immune system. They are real nutrient bombs. Among others they contain vitamin C, E, B-vitamins, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, and manganese.
Anthocyanin, a phytochemical, is the key player, who neutralises free radicals and therefore protects our cells and prevents wrinkles.
Most popular probably is the strawberry that has even more vitamin c than a lemon! But no matter if raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, main thing is that we take advantage of this source to effortlessly do something for our health.
No. 2 - Tomatoes
As snack tomatoes perfect ready to eat. Lycopene, as antioxidant, protects your skin from environmental damage and is even said to protect against cancer. They contain the vitamins A, C, E, and B-vitamins, next to that beta-carotene, calcium, iron, manganese, potassium & more

Nuts deliver valuable mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Not only are nuts good to prevent cardiovascular diseases, they contain polyphenols which we can find also in Green Tea and serve to protect cells and thus keep our skin young.
Macadamia- and pecan nuts have the highest portion of fat per 100 g. But also walnuts and Brazil nuts rank in the top range. Besides, peanuts offer a good mix of fats and proteins.
